When we talk about SaaS performance, the first thing which comes as a challenge, I mean, obviously it’s that you’ve got no infrastructure control. So a lot of performance management stuff we have is, is based on the fact that we can monitor things at the network level, the operating system level and in the case of SaaS we can’t place an the agent and there’s no way you can capture traffic on the server end or at least no SaaS platform. So that makes that option absolutely impossible which takes away a lot of visibility that you would have normally used. The second one is, is encryption and I would say strong encryption.
