Your role

Your role consists in developing Kadiska’s market visibility and demand generation by building and amplifying our online presence (web, blog, social media, webinars, PPC content syndication) and selected industry events in Europe and North America.

  • Manage our online presence
    • Website management
    • Traffic generation through SEO, blogging and digital promotion
    • Social network strategy and management
    • Creation of marketing content, sales and partner-enablement tools (collateral, , playbooks, presentations, videos, etc.)
    • Manage site and lead generation campaign analytics and make recommendations to optimize results
  • Generate leads to support our sales team and partners
    • Inbound marketing
    • Email and nurturing campaigns
    • Contact list building and opt-in
    • Growth hacking
    • Leverage content syndication platforms to promote contents and webinars and identify prospects
    • Manage and integrate account mapping and persona profiling tools
  • Select, plan and coordinate Kadiska’s presence at industry events
    • Physical and virtual, webinars and trade shows

You have a minimum of 5 years in the field of marketing software to IT infrastructure teams at enterprise class accounts; you have an international background, speak fluent French and English and a strong interest in cloud, networks and application infrastructure. 

You must have the following skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Focus on results
  • Attention to detail
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • You are a team player
  • Excellent skills in SEO, inbound and outbound marketing
  • Experience in marketing technical solutions to IT and infrastructure teams
  • Experience with the Hubspot platform is a plus
  • Above all, you are enthusiastic and wish to contribute to the success of a dynamic and ambitious team

Working conditions


Recent laptop on Windows or Mac, according to your preference

Location at your convenience: 

  • Home working with an equipment budget (up to 700€) and monthly costs (covered up to 50€ per month)
  • A seat in a coworking space (budget up to 300€ per month)
  • Working from our offices in Rouen, Paris or Lille

  • Each team member adopts the work location that fits his preference: offices in Paris, Rouen or Lille, coworking or full remote.  
  • Workshops are held once a month with the full team in Paris or in an alternate pleasant location chosen by the team to reinforce relationships and collaboration between team members, have in-depth discussions about the solution, roadmap and progress and other topics relevant to Kadiska as a whole (team evolution, strategic decisions, customer feedback). 
  • Each team member’s location must allow them to attend internal and customer meetings easily and reach Paris within 2 hours.
